We anticipate the pipes, roads and parks of our first stage of Sixty West to be complete by the fall of 2017. That’s when our four exceptional builders will start to build homes. Erickson Homes, Sorento Custom Homes and Vleeming Construction will start show home construction in the summer of 2017 – lots are now available. Sixty West marks the introduction of the Brightwater Adult Community into the Sylvan Lake market for the first time. This includes a total of 34 single family, semi detached and townhome units (built by Tehama Homes) all backing onto a park and walkway that leads to the community pond.
