From all of us as Sixty West, we wish you and yours a holiday season filled with laughter, peace and joy during this most wonderful time of the year.As 2022 winds down and we prepare to welcome 2023, there is much to be grateful for – and even more to be excited about for the year ahead.
The stunning Dex Custom Homes and Tehama Homes show homes are almost complete. Both homes offer views of the Sixty West pavilion, waterfall and fountain and are a short walking distance to all of the Waterford Station amenities. Trails and nature galore surround these two homes, which need to be seen to be fully appreciated. The Sorento townhomes seem to sell as fast as they are built; thankfully more are on the way! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for more exciting news and photos about these and more show homes coming soon. Visit our Website to meet all of our amazing Sixty West builders.
Welcome to our New neighbours!
Residential lots are selling fast in our visionary community, which is exciting news for Sylvan Lake’s west-side retail hub: Waterford Station in Sixty West. Click our logo to view our development plan and updated lots available.
We are thrilled to announce that Mr. Mike’s Steakhouse Casual and Pure Fitness CrossFit will open in early 2023 to join our I.D.A. Pharmacy, Daycare PittStop and Blush Beauty Bar & Laser Studio.
Waterford Station is a pedestrian-focused shopping centre, with a blend of historic and contemporary architectural styles to create a “village” atmosphere. Located next door to Pogadl Park and easy access in and out of Sylvan Lake with the new round-a-bout and Highway 11 twinning, Waterford Station is bound to be the retail place to be.
The development also offers the perfect location for grocery, retail, boutique shops and restaurants – as well as for wellness, medical, banking and professional needs for the residents of Sylvan Lake and the vast surrounding communities.
Our first Sixty West Great Pumpkin Hunt Was a great success! Thank you Sylvan Lake for joining us and sharing our day of giving back with gratitude this Thanksgiving. All 300 pumpkins went home to be turned into Halloween jack-o-lanterns!
